Airport Information Desk

The airport offers a 24 hour information desk on each arrivals concourse. This has multi-lingual staff who are on hand to answer your questions. If you need a public announcement to be put out over the tanoy system then you should call this number:

Showers

You will be able to find a shower room anywhere you see the shower head symbol. Towels and soap can be hired using a nearby courtesy telephone.

Baby Changing Facilities

The airport has several rooms for feeding and changing babies. These are indicated by either a bottle sign or a baby care symbol. There are also fold-down tables provided in some male and female toilets.

Lost Property

Gatwick airport has its own dedicated lost property service, which can be located in the south terminal. This service is operated by the Excess Baggage Company. Opening times are 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday, and 08.00 to 16.00 on Sundays. Please note a charge will be made for each item.

Postal Services

A post office can be found in The Village in the South Terminal. There are also post boxes and stamp vending machines throughout the airport, including the departure lounges at both terminals. You can also obtain stamps from most Bureaux de change and newsagents.

World Wide Web & Email Access

Internet access is available at Gatwick Airport's South Terminal. This is provided through the Internet Exchange, which also offers Microsoft Office 2000, email access and gaming facilities.
